Solid sediment accounted for about a glass of this stuff. Thank goodness I decanted & kept it clean. Started out like a tart, sour cherry with an exceedingly dry finish. Not much fun. Decanted & the fruit started to come thorough. This never got voluptuous & remained assertive, but was rustic, bold & enjoyable enough to compliment a fresh made jalepeño pizza. Glug.
