Dark fruit on the nose has a style you get from an open top fermenter without the fruit flies. Poached black plums, ripe and rich black plums, dark cherries, stewed strawberries, sweet minerals and earth, suede leather, black licorice, violets, fresh roses. Everything about this wine is how you want a well made cabinet. It was profound the moment it entered my mouth. It's perfect acidity, balance of fruit & earth, structure, tension and amazing length. Loved this 07!!!

Lovely aromas of black and blue fruits, and florals that lend to a full body and long finish. It's a beautiful and big wine that needs another 10yrs before it sings.
