Yellow-gold color. Fine persistent bead, high activity bubbles. Green apples, pear, white flowers, biscuit, butter, croissant on the nose. On the palate, m+ acidity, extra delicate and smooth wine, with long aftertaste. Pairing for mild cheese, croissant with Raclette, Turkey, as its own.
