Les Halos de Jupiter began with the 2007 vintage. Les Halos de Jupiter takes its name as you should expect from Jupiter and its halos. Made from 100% old vine Grenache, vines are over 100 years old and planted in the famous La Crau lieu-dit, and aged in year old French oak for 12 months. Deep red with dark fruit aromas with complex spices. Blackberry and cherry, rich full-body with soft tannins, gentle sweetness with some earthy spice ending with mineral notes. Only 125 cases.
