The 2001 is over the hill. Staring to exhibit bitter notes. Strong overtones of dill and spice. On the plate was still quite lovely with all the elements well integrated.

Over the hill, disappointing as I know it had perfect storage . Looking at notes from others I should have suspected this would be dead..
