Sublime when I drank it chilled on a 95°F day. It warmed up and was *still* sublime. A tad spendy for a prosecco at $20 and not quite as nuanced as a good Champagne, but still worth every penny.

Subtle nose of green apples, white peaches, limestone, and lye. Dry and acidic, with substantial limeade on the front, evolving into green pear and kiwi, and finishing with a medium finish of dry river stone. First experience with a prosecco - interested to see where this wine in particular goes in a few years and to try others.
