Pretty, floral nose. Fruity on the front palate with the back palate highlighting the wine's grippy tannins. Made with Roussanne rather than Viognier that was used in previous vintages, its missing the depth and silkiness of the '13.

We pulled this from the cellar - originally from the winery during a trip to the Okanagan in the summer of 2016 . This is a very silky wine. Complex, powerful notes with violets, stewed dark fruit, wild blueberry, eucalyptus, white pepper with a hint of basil and bell pepper. A great Canadian wine and well worth the wait. It’s definitely a drink now.

First B.C. Canadian wine for me. Pretty solid, but no comparison to the Cornas the night before. Not a fair contrast, but I'd rather be sipping Syrah elsewhere. Mad love for Canada though!

Floral syrah, with strong bit not overpowering pepper. Bought a bottle to bring home.
