Honeydew melon, wax, saline, lavender, petrol, almonds, rosemary. Perfect acidity, silky mouthfeel, long slightly bitter herbal finish. Beautiful golden color, perfect amount of skin contact. Interesting, beautiful, unique. Perfect with scallops, creamy pastas, pesce crudo.
