Spicy nose. A bit grapey initially. Sort of like an Alto-Piemonte version of Beaujolais. This is a field blend of 12 varietals. Mostly Croatina and Nebbiolo. Aged 12 months in stainless steel. Plenty of herbal notes with some pepper on the finish.

This bottle needed some fatty food to go with it. The searing acid was too much for me to truly give it a fair shake.

Delicious and light. Bright fruit with some earthy notes. Nice and light mouthfeel with some tannins and leather on the back end. Would love to drink more.
