From our sit-down at the winery this past summer, this was a standout. A nose of cantaloupe, grapefruit, and pear... On the palate, for me, it's the pear that comes to the front alongside some minerality and subtle grapefruit... The texture is interesting with a beautiful roundness though still zippy... Herbal notes coming through on the finish... This was a great pairing for Japanese panko fried chicken... I really enjoyed this wine.
