It has some harsh reviews but I quite like this wine. 80% Pinot pressed immediately off skins, fermented separately from the 20% Chardonnay which underwent battonage and malo. Peaches and strawberries with a dash of creamy vanilla. Plenty up front and has a decent length finish but I feel it loses its mid palate a bit. Would drink again, however the price is pretty steep

Ripper wine with the salmon and snow peas! A little acidic at first with a creamy Chardonnay finish. Unique and classy. Yum
