Typical Shiraz/Viognier Blend of the Canberra District without the oomph of the benchmark Clonakilla. Strong white pepper and brambley notes. Pepper and Spice on the medium weight palate. Good drinking and may be peak drinking at 5 years of age. Like this style a lot.

Excellent nose of Asian spices with some vegetal overtones (whole bunch?) and woody notes. Medium bodied with savoury spicy palate touch of raspberry with medium intensity and fine boned dry tannins. Some biodynamic funkiness. Not far geographically from the acknowledged benchmark in Australia for Shiraz Viognier- Clonakilla.

Fresh peppery fruit with spice. Light to medium weight like a better quality Cotes du Rhone. Savoury and soft. Drink now.
