Côtes du Ventoux White Rhône Blend

As per suggested, I paired this with an arugula steal salad and it was amazing. Light and fruity.

Apple and autumn leaves on the nose, with a soft open. Overall, this is well balanced and off dry, with notes of apricot, white tea, and lemon curd carrying through a medium body with a medium finish. Almost crisp and refreshing. Nothing I'd write home about, though an excellent value for a weeknight meal at home. We used it in - and paired it with - chicken and mushroom risotto made with pecorino cheese instead of parmesan (use what you have). A creamy, earthy risotto is a good balance for this bottle.

Очень сильно напоминает белое столовое вино. При открывании бутылки - аромат кислой сливы, пряных трав. На вкус очень простое, водянистое с цитрусовой кислинкой. Наверное, на нем лучше готовить, чем пить. 399 р. в Перекрестке. Дороговато для него.

Bright and acidic on the tongue with warm ripe peaches to finish. Love love love!
