Very pleasant. A touch ripe/sweet, I prefer it very cold if I’m being a critic, but nice fruit and clean winemaking. These La Follette chards are solid.

Crisp and light. Not too sweet and not too dry. I had it with a flakey white fish and it was perfect.

A good chard is hard to find. This one satisfies up front and finishes warm.
