I honestly can't think of a sparkling wine I've enjoyed more. Butterscotch, apple jam, roasted almonds, vanilla and white flowers on the nose. Fine bubbles, crazy acidity that leaves your mouth watering on the lingering finish.

The bottle we opened after my fiancé and I became engaged. And are you serious?! Brioche, sweet golden raisin bread dough, graham cracker, candied nuts, almonds, butterscotch, apple pie, lemon meringue--all this crazy stuff and the structure is still so mouth watering, rich, and satisfying. Fit for an engagement. So delicious.
