Bright and ripe and friendly. Groundbreaking? Soulmoving? Nah but balanced and friendly and not bad with fries. The eye: medium golden yellow. The nose: ripe lemon, Meyer lemon, ripe golden apple, a hint of honey. Tongue: dry AF, so much acid alcohol my guess? Tastes like13%ab 12.5% whaaaaa okay. On the taste buds more of the nose: ripe and raw apple some white pear some citrus acid and earth. Look for the acid. Always the acid.
