Evangelo Viognier Syrah

Again a wonderful showing. Full bodied with sweet beginning but softened with nice red fruit. Great balance. Had it over two days and it was on it’s best on the second day. Further cellaring will be rewarding

After a stunning 2017 again a superb showing with the 2018. I’m affraid I didn’t pair it right. Too much flavours in the food which lowered my tasting senses, will certainly revisit this wine in a year or so
