Honey colored. Sherry and almond notes that I associate with really good old champagne. Still a decent amount of fizz (roughly 60%). Long pleasant finish with decent acid and some subtle Meyer lemon on the finish. I usually don't like brown, nutty old champagne that is flat (which this is not) and that tastes like sherry, but I like this a lot and could be forced to consume any further bottles that someone wanted to send me.
