Appreciating the nine years on this one-big fruit mellowed into something quite delicious.

Cherries, strawberries and a little hint of earthiness. Ying & yang. Great acid with a balanced finish.

Drank this with a bourbon-marinated grilled pork chop. Fruit was still very much alive after 10 years, paired nicely. Very fun to drink.

Not my first style choice, but it was pretty damn delicious. Cool to taste one of these guys with some age on it.
