Drinks just like a Sauvignon Blanc. Dry. Mineral. Lots of lime. Almost too acidic. Had to wait a couple days after opening so it wasn’t so biting. After this extensive breathing period, very easy drinkable Summer wine. While vendor claims unpacked it drinks like a stainless Chard.
