Nose brings a jammy charcoal with a good amount of that oak smell I like to call smoke. Cinnamon.
Pallate has a fresh blackberry up front which quickly melts to cocoa and dark stewed fruits. Wraps up a bitter dark chocolate finish not as unpleasant as I would think.
So awesome to find one of these from the states. A great showing from this grape.
