Top Notes For
This is the same wine from my last post.
Its been vaccum sealed in the fridge for 4 days, and then allowed to air for 1 hour.
Lo and behold, its improved. The barn yard funk has diminished ( not gone) but finally the dark berry taste is coming thru. Its also a bit smoother on the finish
I love how wine constantly changes.

Perfect garnet color, but nothing else impressed me.
This wine has this barn yard funk going on. The taste of straw, earth, barn wood and saddle leather.
Its simply not what I enjoy in a Pinot Noir.
I've had better for less money.
Product of New Zealand.

Light ruby hue. Aromas of cherry and cranberry. Medium body, with medium-plus acidity and medium-minus tannins. Balanced and easygoing.
