Wonderful to drink alone or with food. Keep in cabinet for friends and company. Mild oak, minimal butter, sufficiently dry

Medium body, almost dry, high acidity. Tastes like stone fruit (peaches, mango), with overarching pineapple, some grass, and a hint of butterscotch. A good one.

Starts like a Pinot Grigio and ends super buttery.

It's a joy to find a true morillon, a true unoaked Chardonnay with the body of white burgundy and the floral touch of a good Sauvignon blanc. But what is truly great about this wine is the subtle hint of yeast from the nose to the finish. I'm buying a case tomorrow.

Surprisingly like their Sauvignon Blanc. But very good and just different enough.
