Ai Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Tons of spice on the nose. Tons! Lots more red fruit than you'd anticipate. Fine, fine tannins. Delicate acidity.

Good Napa wine. Would prefer a French but would buy again for diversity.

日本人の口に合う赤ワインです。重いけれども苦味は少なく、単体で飲んでも酸味が少なく主張せず、コクのある抜群のバランス感。
ただしレストラン価格27,000円の高級品。しかも街中では販売されておらず、卸しているレストランか東京・大阪・鳥取にある直営店のみでいただける希少価値もあるワインです。
