Treat from a wine excursion to PEC 2013. A delicious Pinot Noir "Noble Rot" dessert or apertif wine. 2 days ago when opened it had an effervescent on tongue a bit distracting but apricot marmalade flavour came through. Revisted the remaining half bottle tonight and "tingle" was faded in mouth. This allowed us to truly enjoy with warm smoked garganzola and guyere shortbread cookies. Truffle notes really cameout on backend - well worth the wait!
