Cuvée LD Sonoma County Chardonnay

Wine held up well despite the age. Full bodied, gold color; aromas and flavors of vanilla, lemon curd, kiwi, orange; rich, velvety texture, mineral backbone, low acidity, almost feels like a Viognier in the mouth. Fairly short finish.

10年以上寝かせてからでないとワインをリリースしないという哲学を貫くカリンセラーズ。独特の熟成感がクセになりそう。欲を言えばもう少し酸が残ってて欲しかった。
