Always a favorite. Light Ruby, almost brick brown color. Clear, light enough you can see through it, medium+ viscosity. Bright, ripe red fruits on the nose, with tobacco, some oak. Palette sees tobacco, oak, sour fruit. Medium+ acid, extremely light and smooth tannins, long finish. Still on of the best values out there- looking forward to being in Carlton in November!

Very light brick/brown color, no sediment, you can see right through the wine. Medium+ viscosity, some staining. Sweet red fruits, cough drops, vanilla, roasted tobacco, maybe some wet river rocks on the nose. Light mouthfeel, sour cherries, cocoa, medium+ acid, medium+ finish, you do feel some alcohol. I still think K&M is one of the best values out there- I think if you'd tasted this blind you'd peg at $30-40 a bottle. Looking forward to visiting Ken and Mauro later this fall!
