Fantastic wine! Lemon golden colour. On the nose very mineral, waxy stone fruit, pineapple, spice. Palate showing very youthful wine. Great fine and delicate balance of acid and fruit, dancing on the palate. There is a wonderful waxy characteristic, with a hint of spice and mineral, slight sprits and musky, flavour. Egg white??Pineapple with dandelion pollen and slight honeysuckle expression.Lovely wine ! Matched with peaking duck.
