Managed to get my husband to have a glass with me.

Lovely citrusy aroma with a soft, silky finish but still a fresh bright acidity.
Butterscotch, lemons and limes, minerals

Cheese and crackers before dinner.

Brioche, lilac, almond paste, and bruised golden apple. Orchard fruits are rounded with creme, vanilla bean, toast. Bright acid bounds to finish, with underripe apple and apricot. Under screw-cap.

Pale gold color. Stone, coconut and raw almond on the nose. White flowers, unripe nectarine, stone and a bit of lemon pith (bitterness) on the palate. Very lean and minerally and not fruity at all. Chalky finish. Not sure I’d get it again.

Crisp Meyer lemon and golden delicious apple bring a nice freshness and acidity to this wine that’s quite ripe for Burgundy. White peach brings some tree fruit to the table and fresh cut grass and a steely minerality give it some complexity. Enjoyable mid week white at this price point in Burgundy.
