Smooth mix of Cabernet Sauvignon red fruit and Bourbon. I’m not sure if mixing these two was wise but I was certainly interesting. Both flavors go well with steak so the wine worked well with steak. On its own the mix tasted a little weird. The Cabernet is well-made with smooth tannins and bold red fruit. The Bourbon will definitely disturb some drinkers. Not for the traditionalists.
