Heading towards more secondary flavors but very good. Baked bread, challah, caramel green apple, bit of marzipan, hint of lemon zest, there’s also a spring rain and floral component. It’s like being in a bakery during a summer thunderstorm. Love it.

Jul 7th, 2025Very different from 2008. I get Carmel green apples, lemon curd, bread, and good acidity. This is really good, but not as good as 2008. Look forward to trying next to each other in the next year or two.
