Such a layered nose so much promise but lots of mouse taint through the palate. I had it on day two, there might have been less mouse on day one? Really fun to smell!! Loads of pepper, violet, cranberry, a bit of blood. I’d probably be up to try it again, definitely needs a light chill too.
