Old vine granache. Lots of concentration, ripe/cooked fruits but not out of balance, and very distinct garrigue tones and white pepper spice. Holds up to braised oxtail very well

Prune juice in color and on the nose oak flavor is almost masked by the heavy herb and dried fruit taste. Would be great paired with a winter stew. Late tanins draw. The more I drink, the less I like it. Also- the cork is weird..but I just haven't experienced anything like it.
