Understandable why Domaine Roulot would be one of the most sought after producers in Burgundy. This Premier Cru Mersault is all elegance and finesse. Delicate notes of pear and apple, lemon curd, honey and almond pastry. The texture is fabulous, with every element in harmony, almost pitch-perfect and gloriously precise. Silky texture, with chalky, lobster shell notes. The finish goes on and on.
