Drinking this with pork chops, sweet potato, shiitake and bacon fat. Lemon cream pie, nice weight and texture but no overwhelming oak. Great structure. Can def stand up to food well. Great value

Quite drinkable at this moment. Mineral, fruit, structure are all at this time lovely. Can be age 3 to 5 more years
