A solid rose sparkling from Alsace. Again, don’t start drinking it nearly frozen. Let it come to 40+ degrees and then attack as the strawberries and slight tannins will not show up unless you do. A value buy which is nice but I do feel like many of the mid-summer sparkling rose from other regions top this. Was fun anyway.

Like an apple cider ale. Nothing offensive about this wine. Light, effervescent, not overly sweet. Its great for the summer. I loved it
