Gave this a good decant tonight. Once it has some air it shows detail, energy and focus. Ripe dark berries & oaky/spicy notes on the nose & palate. This soars with food. Shows dark rich flavors, but maintains a fresh character with good grip & texture. Will only get better.

Feb 24th, 2020The nose introduces this one as a big bold Cab. The palate follows the same path with deep back cherry & some spicy notes. Two Blondes is an esteemed site and the material is in great hands here. Neufeld is making some exciting Cabernet.
