Friday night uncorked at Quattro was excellent as usual, and this Bruno Michel had stellar precision from 70% 45 year old Chardonnay vines and truffle-like complexity from the 30% 75 year old Meunier vines. This had it all; a lovely expressive nose of brioche and white fruit, a creamy texture and an endless chalky finish. The foie gras with the white truffle cocaine brought even more energy to this electric bottle. I love the sulphur capsule!
