This domaine so frequently overdelivers and this is a great example. So much of the joy of good rosé champagne yet utterly it’s own thing; intense red berry, minerals and marzipan nose, tart cherries and watermelon sour gummy candy palate. The Loire terroir comes through in the form of a fresher, slightly greener frame. Lovely hints of pastry dough on the nose.
