Admittedly I’m picky on Napa rosé - most of the time they feel like a cynical effort at bringing in quick cash flow to a winery. This one is an exception. Some darker fruit detail on the aroma, solid acidity and as it warms some layers on the palate with a bit of spice on the finish. Food friendly wine: paired well with creamy pasta and chicken tikka kati rolls on consecutive nights. #coombsville
