Neuro reunion dinner at Agave 10/13/18. Interesting Riesling sparkling that's Brut. Good structure and interesting bready notes on palate. Good finish. Capped with champagne closure and left in fridge for over a week. Finished 10/24/18. Bubbles mostly gone but the remaining wine is wonderful. Almost better without the sharpness from bubbles. Upping a point. Disgorgement date 7/14/17.
