Medium straw in the glass, offering aromas of lemon curd, sea spray, and spring flowers. Fresh lemon peel, white grapefruit, beeswax, and a healthy squirt of saline weave together on the palate. There’s bright acidity here, as well. This is a tasty white that would be great with all sorts of food. Grilled chicken and veggies would be perfect.
