An incredible wine, still in its infancy so quite tight but tons of dark inky fruit and WOW the stave and barrel selection/fine tuning gave this an indescribable spice. Cinnamon, clove and Szechuan pepper, it was pretty wild. Tuck away for a decade at least before approaching. Jayson isn’t messing about over there.
