This is a weird wine bought from Costco. It’s pretty smooth and definitely not dry. It’s got a different flavor like a butterscotch - caramel. I give it a C+ because it’s got some character but the flavor is just not for me. 2018 vintage After reviewing some of the other reviews maybe I’m picking up the vanilla flavor. Still not my thing.

Yes, it’s National Pinot day but we enjoyed a massive tomahawk steak that seemed to demand a Cab Sauv. This has some blueberry, pepper, leather, and spice on the nose with a medium tannin and medium finish. Nice pairing and good to enjoy more Paso wines.

Paired perfectly with prime rib. Very rich; currant syrup, but not cloying at all.

Fruit forward aromas, fruit hits the palate first followed by some baking spices and vanilla in a lush body. Should be perfect with steaks on Christmas Eve!

First hummingbird today..little rascals are late this year. Rating given for what it is..not going into this blindsided! 😎 Liquor of multiple fruits, dark chocolate, espresso beans, very round, muted tannins, acidity 🤷‍♀️🙄?
I actually liked the Austin Hope better. Nothing really offensive..very one dimensional. Might have enjoyed this more a year ago!
