I'm currently in a seminar with the winemaker while tasting the wine from a water glass. Driven by dark berry, touch of spice. Bright acid, ultra soft, medium body. Subtle heat on the finish. Good wine.

Copious sweet cherry notes with moderate acidity. Oddly enough, it didn't clash with the spicy tortilla chips.
