Pinot Blanc - Auxerrois

Concentrated and bold. Almost overpowering. Better the second day- a bit calmer. Overall and impressive wine but needs bold food pairing.

This can really power through some charcuterie! Bright acidity, lots of body. Elegant over top. I like it a lot.

Brought this out perfectly chilled for a night in the dog park and thought it was delicious - strong stone fruit, easy to drink and medium bodied. As it got warmer and the night got more fun it got even better. Par for the course.

Medium body, low acidity, good structure of ripe stone fruit, and long on the finish. A first rate Alsatian sensation
