Nutty, coffee and sweet toffee fruit. So deep and complex and delicious. A great vivid streak of acidity Just wow!

After leaving the bottle standing for 1 day we have served this btl. Even though it's not a vintage 1894 but a solera, therefore a bit of the juice comes from 1894, still it was at the same time elegant, with clear signs of evolution and great acidity and much alive. I can't see how much better it can get.

Magnificent. Amazing it has this much life after that much time. Coffee. Toasted honey. Butterscotch. A bit of charcoal. Longest finish I've experienced in a port or Madeira. It was an adventure.

1894 vintage. Knock out. Piercing acidity. And length.
