Very cool! Interesting floral notes with a sweet (but not cloying) aftertaste. The Meadowfoam mead is also fantastic.

What a pleasant surprise! I have to admit that my expectations were low. What I found in the glass was pure honey, in the aroma and the taste, very well balanced and pleasant. This was so perfect for a festive occasion like Thanksgiving.
