I am a fan of the minimal intervention philosophy used by this winemaker. The result here is not great, but quite pleasant. Much softer than we have come to expect from New World Sauvignon Blanc. White peach, tangerine, and floral.

Very soft aroma... grassy notes and peach. Rounder body and lower acid than a typical Sauv Blanc, ripe peaches and a light acid tingle on the tip of the tongue. From PG's Sauv Blanc class that he brought home as "more K" since it's blended with chard. Mmmmmmm!!

Long & hot summers, this grape thrives.

Sarah, head winemaker makes tinctures to prevent bugs. She always picks the grapes to make the wine, could be a different varietal year to year.

Hedges practices biodynamic, just hasn’t paid for the certification.

Green apples.
