Beautiful clear Amber color. Dried apricot and other sweet dried fruits, toasted almonds, creamy caramel wash over palette. Smooth mouth feel. A really nice sherry. Very enjoyable to drink. Paired with imported 3yr old parmigiana reggiano. Very nice pairing of nutty salty cheese with the complex toasted sweetness of the sherry. Will experiment with other cheese pairings -- something aged and pungent perhaps.
